Refund and Returns Policy

At Future Of IT, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed for products and services purchased from us, whether through our website or in-store.

Products (Refurbished Laptops & Accessories)

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software, licenses, or digital products once activated.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

4. Exchanges:

If stock is available, defective items may be exchanged for the same or similar product.

Services (Repairs, Data Recovery, Installation)

1. Repair Services:

  • Service charges are non-refundable once the repair/service has been completed and approved by the customer.
  • If an issue persists within the warranty period of a repair, we will re-service or fix the issue at no additional cost.

2. Data Recovery Services:

  • Due to the nature of digital data recovery, payments made for data recovery services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome, unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. CCTV Installation & On-Site Services:

  • Once installation is completed, service charges are non-refundable.
  • Hardware issues, if under warranty, will be handled by repair/replacement as per vendor terms.
